Suresave.Net is the 2nd largest provider of travel insurance in Australia. While they have a broad range of products,excellent reputation and functional website, it doesn't really communicate the issues very well.
Review
Suresave have been providing online travel insurance for some time now and yet the website has not changed in recent history.
The site has many issues centered around the complexity of products on offer and the use of insurance jargon and acronyms. This is magnified as you make you way through the purchase path and the required fields needed to complete the transaction require a high-level of knowledge about insurance jargon and terminology.

Products
Holiday and Family
Holiday travel insurance up to a year for the entire family. The policy includes medical cover for skiing and is available to persons up to 71 years of age.
Business
Coverage for the regular business traveller who takes more than one trip throughout the year.
Annual multi-trip
Multi-trip is a yearly purchase that covers the frequent traveller for the next 365 days. The trips must be no longer than 90 days in duration and the cover includes your spouse or de facto.
Long-term
A low-cost policy deisgned for those travelling for longer than a short Holiday trip with the family.
Visiting friends and relatives
An interesting policy that lets you reduce your insurance premium by choosing to ot have you belongings covered when you're at their house.

I made a claim due to a rental vehicle accident I had in the UK. The claim took about 1 month to process - I had all of the necessary supporting paperwork. They only contacted me to say they had received the claim and in a month the money was paid into my account. No hassles - which was expected because it was an obvious accident - but you never know with insurance companies.

Used Sure Save when I went to NZ. Did not claim although made enquiries regarding a chipped tooth whilst in NZ. It was not covered. Other than that I found the Customer Service to be good.
