11 . bcalder | 10/02/2010 2:00:23 PM In November 2009, my father was admitted to hospital in Israel I contacted TID and the service received was outstanding. The care and compassion was second to none and contact was made with my Auntie in Israel to discuss the situation. It was handled so professionally that I have no hesitation in recommending TID to others who wish to travel. We have used TID for the last few years and wouldn't consider anything else.

Made one claim (they paid too little - I thought) and then they called me to go through the claim and I'd missed the 'hundred' figure - I thought I'd claimed $224 but had written $22. Once it was sorted they paid the remaining 202. Felt like a right fool! We recommend them to everyone.
13 . Keith Lees | 15/01/2010 9:23:40 AM TID give good service and great value. We particularly were looking for cover for 3 months travel (in an annual, multitrip policy) most policies cut out at 70 - 75 days.If you travel 3+ times per year the annual policy is really cheap.

The man I spoke to when I was first admitted to hospital was extremely understanding, helpful and professional, I think his name was Marcus. I can not tell you what a comfort it was to have him at the end of the phone when i was sick and in a lot of pain. I would also like to say a big thanks to the claims team for not only processing my claim in a timely manner, but for also for the no hassle process. There are quite a few government organizations that could use some help from your company not only in recruiting, but training in quality processing, and customer service. Well done. Although I am taking out travel insurance again next month with your company I hope I don’t have to use it. Many thanks and congratulations on hiring great staff and training them

We have purchased CoverMore insurancea number of times but on our recent trip to South America we decided to useyour company. It was the first time we have had to make a claim and we werevery pleased with the service we received. We were the only people in ourtour group whose insurance covered strikes and civil unrest. Consequently wewere reimbursed for out of pocket expenses while others who paid much morefor their insurance were left out of pocket. I am travelling again shortlyand will certainly be using TID. I will not hesitate to recommend TID toanyone who is travelling.
