Established and operated by Insuractive Inc the WorldTravelCenter.com policy finder starts out as a useful and usable tool. However, due to the lack of complexity when kicking off the search, the customer is suddenly confronted by a long list of complex policies and options with little guidance as to how to whittle them down to what you’re after.

This trend continues deeper into the purchase path as the user is left to make their own assumptions and decisions about the websites reliability and security of their payment gateway. The site does have a digital certificate with 128-bit encryption, but there is no way to know who has certified the site or any indication of how the customer will be notified and take delivery of the policy once the transaction has been made.

The overall user experience of this website leaves a lot to be desired.
