Travelex do more than trade money and post record breaking profits, they also provide travel insurance online.
Review
The Travelex insurance website is a good example of a large corporation diversifying into new businesses – in this case it’s online travel insurance – without focusing on the impact this diversification will have on their brand as a whole.
You may have guessed from the convoluted sentence above, the Travelex insurance website is pretty awful. Simple display and programming errors prevented me from completing a transaction. Enough said!
