The name of the International Health Insurance group is a little misleading to readers of this website – but they do provide travel insurance for international travellers.
Review
The International Health Insurance group offer two basic policies, the single trip and the annual multi-trip. This should make for a simple customer experience when deciding which policy to choose and it does.
Where the site starts to fall down – beyond its painstakingly slow page loading – is once you have chosen which policy to purchase. The purchase path starts with the standard questions, but then we couldn’t even get past the first step. The page simply didn’t work.

I've had my annual travel insurance with IHI for 5 years and have found their customer service, claims processing and online services excellent.
